Remote Real Estate Appointment Setter – Lead Management

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Remote Real Estate Appointment Setter to support a Canadian brokerage. You will handle broker outreach across Toronto and Waterloo and manage inbound buyer leads throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Key responsibilities

• Research real‑estate brokers and agents in Toronto and Waterloo.
• Personalize outreach via websites, social media and professional backgrounds.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, texts and follow‑ups to present the brokerage’s value proposition.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with senior leadership.
• Manage inbound buyer leads, collect needs, budget, timeline and location preferences.
• Schedule appointments between buyers and licensed agents.
• Maintain accurate notes, follow‑ups and outcomes in HubSpot CRM.
• Send reminders and follow‑up to improve meeting show‑up rates.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, customer service or real‑estate support.
• Comfortable with cold calling and follow‑ups.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and reliable.
• Reliable internet connection, quiet work environment and a laptop or desktop.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM) experience.

What we offer

• Compensation: $4 USD per hour, paid in EGP.
