Remote Real Estate Call Center Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Real Estate Call Center Agent to expand our property portfolio. The role involves contacting property owners, acquiring new listings, and supporting the sales team with up‑to‑date inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to property owners to discuss selling or leasing opportunities.
• Secure new listings through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research.
• Collect detailed property data and create compelling advertisements for major portals.
• Maintain accurate property information, photos and descriptions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with photography, marketing and sales teams to promote listings.
• Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements for lead generation.
• Provide the sales team with qualified, current listings to facilitate deals.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Listing Agent, Real Estate Consultant, Telesales Representative or in Customer Service.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, preferably the UAE.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with property owners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and goal‑oriented.
