Remote Real Estate Call Center Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Real Estate Call Center Agent to expand our property portfolio. The role involves contacting property owners, acquiring new listings, and supporting the sales team with up‑to‑date inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate directly with owners interested in selling or leasing.
• Secure new listings through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with landlords and owners.
• Collect detailed property data (location, price, type, size, features, availability).
• Provide owners with market insights to help set optimal pricing.
• Create and publish compelling property ads on major portals and company platforms.
• Maintain accurate property descriptions, photos and key selling points.
• Coordinate with photography, marketing and sales teams to promote listings.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups with owners on availability and price updates.
• Update and manage owner and property data in the CRM system.
• Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements for lead generation.
• Supply the sales team with qualified, current listings to facilitate deals.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for call volume, new listings and owner meetings.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Listing Agent, Real Estate Consultant, Telesales Representative or in Customer Service.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market; experience in the UAE market is a plus.
• Proven track record of securing exclusive or open listings from owners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Persuasive and goal‑oriented, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple listings simultaneously.

• Experience using CRM systems.
