Remote Sales Intern

About the role

We are a fast‑growing health‑tech company in Saudi Arabia looking for a remote Sales Intern to support our digital health programmes. You will work full‑time (six days a week) from anywhere, helping to acquire new customers and convert qualified leads into paying users.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales interactions via phone calls, WhatsApp and chat.
• Educate prospective customers about our health programmes and recommend suitable plans.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records, update the sales pipeline and log activities in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs.
• Provide customer insights to improve scripts, offers and onboarding flows.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales or customer acquisition.
• Fluent Arabic; English is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and disciplined in a remote work environment.
• Experience in health, wellness, insurance or subscription‑based services is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and other digital sales tools.
