Remote Telesales Specialist – Marketing Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Telesales Specialist to join our sales team. You will engage prospective clients via outbound and inbound calls, understand their marketing challenges, and present our digital marketing services as the ideal solution.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to leads supplied by the marketing team or sourced independently.
• Qualify prospects by assessing their marketing needs, budget, and decision‑making authority.
• Present our services—including SEO, social media, PPC, and content marketing—in a benefit‑focused manner.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Handle objections related to price, competition, and timing with confidence.
• Achieve monthly targets for appointments set and revenue closed.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on client objections and market trends.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
• High energy, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience using VoIP systems and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts like SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
