Resale Agent (3–6 months experience) – New Cairo

About the role

EgyProperty is seeking a full‑time Resale Agent to join its New Cairo office. You will be the primary point of contact for buyers and sellers, guiding them through the resale process from initial inquiry to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential buyers and sellers and follow up on leads.
• Present resale property options that match client needs and budgets.
• Conduct property viewings and explain details and terms.
• Guide clients through the resale process, from inquiry to closing.
• Update and maintain property listings and prepare basic documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information and smooth transactions.
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay informed about market trends and available resale inventory in New Cairo and nearby areas.

Required profile

• 3–6 months experience in real estate, sales, or customer‑facing roles.
• Residence in New Cairo or nearby areas preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of real estate principles and local market trends.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time, manage multiple leads, and meet sales targets.
• Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to inclusive service.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
