Resale Agent – New Cairo (Car Required)

About the role

EgyProperty is looking for a full‑time Resale Agent to join its New Cairo office. The candidate must have a reliable car to conduct property visits and meet clients on‑site. This position is ideal for individuals with real‑estate enthusiasm, whether they are experienced or recent graduates.

Key responsibilities

• List resale properties and keep listings up to date.
• Conduct property viewings and coordinate appointments with buyers and sellers.
• Prospect new leads and follow up with existing clients.
• Provide property consultations, support negotiations and guide clients through closing.
• Prepare basic market trend reports and maintain accurate client interaction records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking leads and listings.
