Reservations Call Center Agent – Remote (Egypt)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Reservations Call Center Agents to work remotely from Egypt, supporting a fast‑growing hospitality chain. You will interact with Arabic‑speaking customers, helping them book stays and providing detailed information about our properties.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Provide accurate details on property locations, availability, rates, and special promotions.
• Respond to customer questions in a professional, friendly manner.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and follow up as needed.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, as part of a 24/7 team.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Arabic and strong English proficiency.
• At least one year of experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
• Reliable home office setup: high‑quality computer, high‑speed internet, noise‑cancelling headset, and power backup.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer‑focused attitude.
