Retail Logistics Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Logistics Officer to join EGXPRESS, a Federal Express licensee. The role involves handling shipments, assisting walk‑in customers and ensuring a smooth, friendly service experience in our retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process and deliver shipments to clients while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Answer walk‑in customer inquiries about products and services.
• Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes and coordinate with internal departments to resolve routine issues.
• Collaborate closely with operational staff to meet customer expectations.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, selecting solutions and following up.
• Identify and document potential service issues and refer them to the line manager.
• Perform data‑input functions on relevant systems in coordination with senior retail agents.
• Contribute to team targets and promote company services.
• Undertake any other tasks requested by the manager.

Required profile

• University degree (fresh graduate or up to one year experience in customer service, retail or operations).
• Very good command of English.
• Proficient use of MS Office and Excel.
