About the role
As a Retail Makeup Artist for MAC Cosmetics within Chalhoub Group, you will deliver personalized makeup services and an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand’s artistry and inclusivity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup applications and tailored product demonstrations based on individual client needs.
- Drive sales performance by achieving targets, improving conversion rates, and maximizing average transaction value.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM tools to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, industry trends, and brand guidelines.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and hygiene and safety standards.
- Contribute to in-store events, promotions, and activations to attract new customers.
- Collaborate with team members and store management to achieve business objectives.
- Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and sustainability guidelines.
