Retail Sales Associate – Apparel & Merchandise

About the role

The Sales Wear position at La7gym is a full‑time, on‑site role based in 6th of October City. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, showcasing the gym’s apparel and merchandise while delivering a customer experience that reflects the brand’s fitness‑focused values.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Maintain the sales floor, arrange displays, and ensure the retail area is clean and visually appealing.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash, exchanges, and returns.
• Monitor stock levels, restock items, and support inventory counts.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales experience in retail, sportswear, or fitness environments.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and basic numeracy for cash handling.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, stand for long periods, and work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• POS systems operation.
