Risk Director – North Africa, Levant & Pakistan

About the role

Visa Consulting and Analytics is seeking a Risk Director to lead its Risk Consulting practice across the North Africa, Levant & Pakistan (NALP) sub‑region. You will shape the growth of the business, deliver high‑impact consulting projects and build thought leadership in key risk domains.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business development and achieve sales targets for Risk Consulting in NALP.
• Lead and execute consulting engagements covering credit, fraud, authorization and cybersecurity.
• Develop engagement pitches, draft proposals and secure new assignments in partnership with account executives.
• Manage consulting teams, resolve complex strategic problems and deliver client presentations.
• Use data analytics to identify risk mitigation opportunities and improve client processes.
• Collaborate with peers across VCA, client services, marketing, sales and innovation to leverage Visa’s resources.
• Travel within the NALP region 30‑50% of the time; work in a hybrid model.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in one or more risk management domains (e.g., credit risk, fraud risk, authorization, cybersecurity).
• In‑depth knowledge of banking or payments, especially consumer lending, SME lending and payments fraud.
• Proven business development experience in a consulting environment with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Hands‑on consulting experience delivering strategic projects.
