French-speaking Fraud Analyst, Issuing Fraud Monitoring

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Fraud Analyst to join our Issuing Fraud Monitoring team. The role involves continuous monitoring of card transactions, detecting suspicious activity, and taking immediate action to protect both the client and the scheme.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor card‑based transactions 24/7 according to company procedures and service standards.
• Review and investigate alerts generated by the fraud detection/prevention tool.
• Contact cardholders to verify suspicious transactions and update the system accordingly.
• Escalate critical issues promptly and ensure timely reporting to clients and schemes.
• Provide fraud recovery support by contacting acquirers and merchants.
• Maintain accurate records of cardholder travel plans and respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Generate and send fraud alert notifications to internal teams and clients.
• Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• University graduate.
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
• Experience in inbound call‑center environments and/or card fraud handling.
• Strong understanding of card transaction flows and fraud patterns.
• Ability to work under strict service level agreements and meet daily alert‑handling targets.
