RPA Developer - UiPath & Power Automate

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for energy and data management in the automotive industry, is hiring an RPA Developer in Cairo. You will join the automation team and design and deliver scalable solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, working with business users and IT teams to turn requirements into working automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy automation solutions with UiPath and Power Automate, including unattended bots
• Build reusable, scalable automation frameworks such as REFramework and integrate with APIs, databases and enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot, maintain and optimise use cases and automation performance, and keep documentation up to date
• Analyse and document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and advise stakeholders on feasibility and effort estimation
• Apply RPA standards and governance models, review code and projects, and ensure compliance
• Identify improvement opportunities, explore AI integrations and stay current with RPA trends

Required profile

• 3+ years of RPA experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Nice to have: Python.NET, VB, Microsoft Azure DevOps, UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform certifications
