Sales Account Manager (HORECA)

About the role

The Sales Account Manager (HORECA) will be responsible for driving sales of our food and beverage products to hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering companies in the Sheikh Zayed area. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, achieve sales targets and act as the company’s representative at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with HORECA clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Promote and sell company products, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the designated territory.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess client needs, resolve issues and propose product solutions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, track performance and contribute to forecasting.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts while safeguarding profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and product developments.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and product tastings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in food & beverage or FMCG targeting HORECA clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Strong understanding of the HORECA channel dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented with strong relationship‑building skills.
