Sales Agent – Insurance & Financial Solutions

About the role

MetLife Egypt is looking for a full‑time Sales Agent to join its team in Nasr City. Working in a hybrid setting, you will promote the company’s life, accident, health and wealth‑management products to prospective customers and help them choose solutions that fit their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through various channels.
• Present MetLife’s insurance and financial solutions, explain policy features and benefits.
• Prepare tailored proposals, assist customers with applications and required documentation.
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth policy issuance and service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing product, compliance and sales training.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of insurance or a willingness to learn about life, health and financial protection products.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field preferred.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to match solutions with client needs.
• Self‑management skills for hybrid work, including time‑management and remote‑work discipline.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both written and spoken.
