Sales Assistant

About the role

NuCapital Investments LLC is seeking a part‑time, remote Sales Assistant to support its sales and client service activities. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, text, email, and messaging platforms.
• Schedule calls and meetings, and provide timely follow‑up communications.
• Update, organize, and maintain client records in the CRM system.
• Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
• Monitor email and messaging channels, escalating complex questions to senior team members.
• Assist potential sellers and buyers throughout the pipeline.
• Utilize digital tools and an AI voice agent to support compliant sales processes.

Required profile

• Conversational English with clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable using technology and managing a CRM system.
• Foundational sales skills, including outreach and follow‑up.
• Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet.
• Basic proficiency with office and collaboration tools (email, spreadsheets, video conferencing).
• Interest in financial services, investments, or real estate; prior sales or support experience is a plus.

What we offer

• Part‑time remote position (approximately 20 hours per week).
• Monthly salary ranging from $300 to $450.
