About the role
Join Games 2 Egypt as a Sales Associate and help customers find the perfect gaming products while delivering friendly, professional service in a vibrant retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting gaming products and accessories.
- Provide courteous customer service and handle cash transactions using the POS system.
- Maintain store organization, ensure product availability, and stay updated on gaming trends.
- Follow and update retail policies to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- Passion for video games and knowledge of the gaming industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and final‑year students are welcome.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
- Commitment to retail guidelines and continuous improvement.
