Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our premium fashion retail team. The successful candidate will greet customers, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, and help build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome every customer warmly and ensure a high‑end shopping experience that reflects brand standards.
• Assist clients in selecting the perfect fit, suggest complementary items, and maximize basket size.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while monitoring personal KPIs.
• Maintain a personal client book and proactively inform regular customers about new arrivals and exclusive collections.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and in line with visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Support stock shipments, conduct inventory counts, and replenish merchandise efficiently.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and active‑listening skills.
• Neat, professional appearance suitable for a premium fashion brand.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
