Sales Director – Mercedes Benz

About the role

The Sales Director – Mercedes Benz will lead the Mercedes Benz sales division at Abou Ghaly Motors, driving growth, market penetration and customer satisfaction for a premium automotive brand in Egypt. You will shape strategic sales plans, manage a dedicated team and ensure the brand’s representation aligns with company values and market expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Mercedes Benz vehicles, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Lead, mentor and manage a dedicated sales team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Set ambitious sales targets, monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealerships and strategic partners within the Mercedes Benz network.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, after‑sales and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and optimise sales processes.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences in the luxury automotive segment.
• Manage the sales budget effectively to maximise ROI while ensuring compliance with brand standards and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• At least 15 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury automotive sector.
• Proven track record managing high‑value automotive sales for premium brands such as Mercedes Benz.
• Deep understanding of the luxury car market in Egypt and the Gulf region.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong negotiation and communication skills.
