Sales Engineer – Construction Chemicals

About the role

The Sales Engineer will support NCC X-calibur’s growth by promoting construction chemical solutions to new and existing customers in Egypt. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will combine technical knowledge with sales activities to expand the company’s market share.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers, building strong relationships to understand their technical and service needs.
• Present product, service, and engineering information, answering queries and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop new accounts by planning and executing sales call schedules.
• Prepare sales engineering reports that analyse market trends, sales data, and application feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly targets and contribute to overall company turnover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Graduates from Ain Shams University, Cairo University, AUC, GUC, or Helwan University.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
• Good command of English.
• Own a car (mandatory for field visits).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
