Sales Executive – Concrete Block Molds & Machinery Maintenance

About the role

The Sales Executive will join Alazaizy Group’s on‑site team in Qesm Misr El Qadimah, focusing on the promotion and sale of concrete block molds and related machinery maintenance services. This full‑time position involves building a pipeline of new customers, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring after‑sales support for technical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
• Present product portfolios, conduct demonstrations, and deliver tailored presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
• Manage customer accounts, maintain long‑term relationships, and provide post‑sale support.
• Coordinate with the service team to schedule and oversee machinery maintenance requirements.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a focus on business development and lead generation.
• Understanding of concrete block molds, industrial machinery, and maintenance processes.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the capacity to grasp technical product details.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing is an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of concrete block molds and industrial machinery maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with sales management or CRM software.
