Sales Executive – SaaS / Subscription Sales

About the role

Magnet, a growing technology solutions provider, is expanding its sales team in Egypt. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and convert prospects into paid SaaS subscribers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound sales calls and engage potential customers.
• Understand client business needs and recommend suitable digital solutions.
• Present product features, benefits, and value propositions persuasively.
• Convert qualified leads, trials, and users into paid subscriptions.
• Maintain structured follow‑up until each opportunity reaches a clear outcome.
• Handle objections, commercial discussions, and negotiations professionally.
• Manage leads, keep an organized sales pipeline, and re‑engage previous prospects.
• Record accurate CRM data, call outcomes, and opportunity status.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly subscription targets while providing market feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, inside sales or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience with outbound sales and lead conversion; SaaS or subscription‑based product experience is a strong advantage.
