About the role

The Sales Representative will drive growth within an assigned territory by managing existing customer relationships, acquiring new accounts, and ensuring product availability across all outlets. You will act as the brand ambassador, delivering on sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs for the designated territory.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers to expand market coverage.
  • Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper distribution in all assigned outlets.
  • Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to capture business needs and market trends.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Execute sales and promotional activities aligned with company objectives.
  • Collect customer feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare sales reports and keep accurate records of visits and activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for efficient order processing and delivery.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results‑oriented, proactive, and self‑motivated.
  • Good planning, organization, and time‑management capabilities.
  • Valid driving licence with ability to operate manual‑transmission vehicles.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
