Sales Representative – Real Estate & Construction Products

About the role

Nafeza Group, a leading provider of integrated UPVC and aluminium solutions for major real estate projects across Egypt, is expanding its sales force. The role involves promoting windows, doors and façade systems to construction firms, developers and engineering consultancies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in large‑scale real estate projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with construction companies, developers and consultancy offices.
• Follow projects from specification through execution while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Represent Nafeza in meetings, tenders and provide technical support to clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop new business within the designated territory.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in finishes, facades or construction products.
• For the Area Sales Manager position: proven experience in sales management, business development and territory management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Own a car and reside in the specified region/governorate.
