Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive English‑speaking Sales Representative to join our remote team on a full‑time basis. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will drive inbound and outbound sales while supporting daily administrative tasks for our air‑cleaning and HVAC services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails, prospecting and qualifying new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial and industrial customers.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate air‑duct cleaning, HVAC or insulation solutions.
• Provide market feedback and client insights to management.
• Support scheduling, follow‑ups and coordination with other departments.
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently from a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using email and phone communication tools.
