About the role
We are seeking experienced Sales Specialists and Sales Supervisors to drive growth in the Food & FMCG sector. The role involves managing wholesale, retail, modern trade, key accounts, and export sales.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and key accounts.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
- 3–7 years proven sales experience in Food & FMCG, with a focus on wholesale, retail, modern trade, key accounts or export.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets, negotiate and communicate effectively.
- For Supervisors: experience leading, coaching and monitoring sales teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP system.
