About the role
Dawam Business Solutions is hiring a Sales Supervisor in Greater Cairo on a full-time basis. The role leads the sales team toward its targets and covers strategy, client relations and team development.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and market expansion plans
- Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Train and continuously develop the sales team
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in electronic payments or fintech
- University graduate
- Good English level
Required skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
