Sales Supervisor – Packed Cement

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Cairo, Egypt and focuses on supervising sales activities for packed cement products. Reporting to senior management, you will lead a sales team, develop market strategies and drive revenue growth within the construction materials sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for packed cement.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Manage sales budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in cement or construction materials.
• Strong understanding of local Egyptian markets and industry regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
