Sales Trainer

About the role

Maa-Althahab, a subsidiary of the MAISON DE MAA Group, is seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to design and deliver training programs that enhance the performance of its retail and sales teams across Egypt and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis with team leads and stakeholders to identify gaps and priorities.
• Design and deliver on‑the‑job training, classroom sessions, and online learning programs tailored to business needs.
• Perform coaching sessions to reinforce learning and support development.
• Conduct training audits to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness.
• Extract and analyze audit findings to continuously improve content and delivery.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and job aids.
• Evaluate training outcomes using feedback tools, assessments, and performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports for tracking and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2‑3 years of proven experience in retail or sales training.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• TOT (Training of Trainers) certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Egypt and internationally.
