Seller Support Associate – English & Arabic

About the role

As a Seller Support Associate you will be the primary point of contact between Amazon and its worldwide seller community. You will provide timely, accurate assistance to merchants, helping them resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance their experience on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and professionally with sellers via phone and email in a metric‑driven contact centre.
• Use Amazon‑approved translation tools to support sellers in English and Arabic.
• Provide prompt service, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Develop platform knowledge to better assist sellers and create internal documentation.
• Maintain performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first‑contact resolution, and attendance.
• Identify trends, suggest process improvements, and collaborate with Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, and Payments teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of experience driving process improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English (Arabic preferred).
