Senior Architect

About the role

10 Design, part of Egis Group, is an international architecture and master planning practice founded in 2010, with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Edinburgh, Dubai, Miami, London, Shenzhen, Singapore and San Francisco. It is looking for senior architects to join its team and work on diverse international projects, from large-scale master plans to individual buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality design work in line with 10 Design's philosophy
• Maintain the client brief and research the design brief and subject matter thoroughly
• Produce sketches, options and diagrams to communicate design options clearly
• Deliver designs effectively and on time
• Mentor junior members of staff

Required profile

• Degree in architecture or urban design from a recognised university
• At least 10 years of professional experience
• Conceptual design focus, able to produce design solutions independently or under guidance
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in a tier-one architecture practice on international projects, ideally in the Middle East or Asia, is highly beneficial

Required skills

• Excellent Rhino skills (required)
• Solid knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and 3ds Max
• Strong modelling and post-production skills
