Senior Brand Lead – Strategy & Build

About the role

Pure Group is seeking a Senior Brand Lead to work on an embedded consulting team that will build a brand‑led marketing function for a fast‑growing consumer brand in Saudi Arabia. Based in Cairo, the role involves frequent travel to the Kingdom and close collaboration with the client’s marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the brand refresh and define the where‑to‑play / how‑to‑win strategy for the client.
• Develop a multi‑year brand roadmap and top‑line growth model linked to brand initiatives.
• Translate jobs‑to‑be‑done and behavioral‑change frameworks into measurable marketing KPIs.
• Lead the end‑to‑end execution of a full brand strategy or repositioning project.
• Provide strategic guidance while working alongside the client’s internal marketing team.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of FMCG brand management experience.
• At least one complete brand strategy or repositioning led from concept to launch.
• Proven experience building growth strategies, brand roadmaps, and top‑line financial models.
• Fluency in jobs‑to‑be‑done and behavioral‑change frameworks.
• Background in a brand‑led FMCG house, preferably with regulated‑category exposure.
• Experience in GCC markets and bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
