Senior Brand Manager – Cosmetics

About the role

The Senior Brand Manager will lead the planning, implementation and control of marketing strategies for the EVA Cosmetics portfolio, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and drive current and future projects such as new product developments, campaigns and activations to increase market share.
• Prepare performance reports for each brand, analyse results and take corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
• Oversee digital media activations and coordinate tracking with the digital marketing team, defining and monitoring KPIs.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to expand brand presence.
• Brief agencies on brand strategy, evaluate proposals and manage point‑of‑sale requirements.
• Commission third‑party market research to gather consumer insights.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent packaging and communication across all channels.
• Analyse market data and sales trends to set accurate sales and share targets.
• Continuously track competitor activities and market dynamics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of brand management or marketing experience in FMCG or personal‑care sectors.
• Excellent command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
