Senior Business Development Specialist – B2B Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist to drive B2B growth for our real‑estate portfolio across Egypt and the Middle East. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients and delivering revenue‑generating deals while maintaining strong relationships with existing stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate, close and manage B2B deals to achieve sustained revenue growth.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
• Create and present tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts and regular reporting for management.
• Identify and pursue new market segments and partnership possibilities.
• Ensure long‑term customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering appropriate solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of proven experience in business development, account management or sales within the real‑estate sector.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for interpreting market data.
• Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools.
