Lease Contract Management Senior Associate

About the role

The Lease Contract Management Senior Associate supports the AMBU Leasing Team by drafting, reviewing, and finalising lease agreements and related documentation. You will ensure all lease documents comply with contractual terms and company standards while maintaining clear communication with tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and finalise lease agreements, amendments, and deeds in line with agreed terms.
• Collect, verify and archive tenants' legal and compliance documents such as trade licences, insurance certificates and IDs.
• Review lease deal entries in internal systems for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate payment documentation and facilitate the exchange of signed agreements with tenants.
• Manage tenant communications throughout the leasing process until execution.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Finance, Legal and Retail Architecture teams to process and track required documents.
• Maintain accurate lease administration records in Yardi, MRI and SharePoint.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in lease administration or documentation management.
• Background in legal firms, retail or real‑estate companies preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; law degree preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi lease management system.
• Experience using MRI for property data.
• Familiarity with SharePoint for document storage and collaboration.
