Senior Cost Manager

About the role

JLL is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join its real‑estate team in Egypt. The role focuses on delivering accurate cost estimates, managing budgets, and supporting the financial performance of construction projects through the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare take‑off quantities with high accuracy and speed.
• Develop budget and pre‑contract cost estimates, as well as cost plans at various project stages.
• Produce tender evaluation reports, bills of quantities, and pre‑tender cost estimates.
• Review and negotiate contractor prices, prepare contract documents, and assess monthly payment valuations.
• Manage change control for additional works, price and validate post‑contract cost estimates.
• Coordinate cost reporting, attend site and design team meetings, and contribute to final account preparation.

Required profile

• Minimum 180 months (15 years) of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead cost‑control activities and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering accurate financial outcomes.
