About the role
We are looking for a Logistics Operations Senior Coordinator with solid knowledge of returned shipments and reverse logistics. The role supervises daily warehouse and logistics activities, focusing on handling returns, basic quality checks, routing, and meeting customer SLAs while supporting smooth and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities
- Help solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization.
- Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across the work area.
- Manage and train associates to deliver the best service for customers.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines.
- Continuously provide critical shift‑related information to frontline management and operators.
Required profile
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
Required skills
- Data analysis.
- Reverse logistics.
- Process optimization.
