Senior Key Account Manager – Engineering

About the role

The Senior Key Account Manager – Engineering will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with the company’s most strategic clients. This role ensures client satisfaction, drives revenue through tailored trading solutions, and acts as the main liaison between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key domestic and international clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments such as logistics, finance, and procurement.
• Understand client business needs and create customized trading solutions.
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining satisfaction.
• Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Track market and customer trends to provide strategic insights to senior management.
• Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Mentor junior account managers or support staff when applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electricity, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a relevant key account or sales role.
