About the role
The Senior Manager, FRMU will lead the fraud‑related functions for the Egypt branch, overseeing credit application checks and card transaction monitoring. Reporting to the Country Retail Risk Head, the role ensures that all activities are performed efficiently, within established procedures and service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage performance of fraud functions, including credit application verification and card transaction monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with approved procedures and service standards.
- Maintain high efficiency and control standards across fraud operations.
- Collaborate with the Country Retail Risk Head to align fraud activities with overall risk strategy.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing fraud or risk functions within a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of credit application processes and card transaction monitoring.
- Ability to work under direct supervision of senior risk leadership.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
