Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Senior Procurement Specialist will lead strategic sourcing initiatives for a leading banking organization. You will be responsible for identifying optimal vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a reliable supply of goods while aligning with industry trends and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize contracts with selected vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels, initiate restocking, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and pricing benchmarks.
• Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities and inventory status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Analyze demand and market trends to support senior management in sourcing decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• In‑depth knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Prior experience in procurement and supply chain within the banking or fintech sector.
