Senior Property Consultant

About the role

Coldwell Banker® is seeking a Senior Property Consultant to join its New Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position involves guiding clients through every stage of residential and commercial property transactions, from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and generate leads for property sales and rentals.
• Conduct property tours and present market trends, pricing, and investment potential.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts and related documentation in line with company policies and Egyptian regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the New Cairo real‑estate market.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Deliver responsive customer service, build long‑term client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with solid knowledge of real‑estate fundamentals.
• Proven sales expertise, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Excellent customer‑service abilities and clear communication skills.
• Familiarity with Egyptian property laws, contracts, and transaction procedures.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities for pricing and market analysis.
• Relevant experience in real‑estate brokerage or property sales in New Cairo or nearby areas.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using online listing platforms.
