Senior Resale Agent – New Cairo Real Estate

About the role

EgyProperty is seeking an experienced Senior Resale Agent to lead the full resale cycle for residential and investment properties in New Cairo and surrounding areas. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and focuses on delivering professional guidance and transparent service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, list, market, and close resale transactions for residential and investment properties.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, conduct property viewings, and prepare market analyses.
• Negotiate offers, coordinate with legal and administrative teams, and ensure accurate documentation in company systems.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and secondary market dynamics.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with leads and ensure high‑quality client service.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a resale agent or senior real‑estate consultant in Cairo, preferably with New Cairo focus.
• Strong client relationship management and ethical sales negotiation abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of the local real‑estate market, pricing, and resale dynamics.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, able to work independently and within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
