Social media and content creator

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Qesm 2nd 6 October, Egypt. The Social Media and Content Creator will plan, create and publish engaging posts, stories, short videos and graphics across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a posting calendar and schedule content using appropriate tools.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and support community‑building activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to adapt content for each platform and ensure brand consistency.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and optimise future campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social‑media trends, propose new content ideas and experiment with formats.

Required profile

• Proven ability to write, edit and produce clear, engaging social‑media copy.
• Experience managing multiple social‑media accounts and using scheduling or analytics tools.
• Basic skills in graphic design and photo/video editing.
• Strong research abilities and capacity to adjust tone for different audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred but not mandatory.
