About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead one of our flagship electronics retail locations. The role combines operational oversight with a strong focus on sales performance and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Drive sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve performance goals.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail, preferably in electronics.
- Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Passion for technology and delivering high‑quality customer service.
