Supply Chain Manager – Carpet Industry

About the role

Milat Egypt is seeking a full‑time Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities for its carpet production facility in El Sadat City. The role is on‑site and focuses on demand planning, inventory control, procurement and overall supply operations to support production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current inventory levels and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts using proven forecasting methods.
• Design and execute procurement strategies that balance cost, quality and lead‑time.
• Coordinate logistics and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Monitor supply chain performance and implement process improvements to meet business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting and inventory management.
• Strong analytical ability with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Experience in supply management, logistics coordination and vendor management, preferably in manufacturing or the carpet sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
