Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our expanding hiring needs. You will play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and onboarding top talent across both white‑collar and blue‑collar positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and field recruitment.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Prepare job offers and support the onboarding process.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn and online job boards for candidate sourcing.
