About the role
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our expanding hiring needs. You will play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and onboarding top talent across both white‑collar and blue‑collar positions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and field recruitment.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Prepare job offers and support the onboarding process.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Required skills
- Experience with LinkedIn and online job boards for candidate sourcing.
