Team Leader - Business Development

About the role
The Team Leader – Business Development will strengthen and maintain relationships with clients such as PICs, brokers and major policyholders, ensuring high‑quality service and supporting MedNet’s growth in the health‑insurance market.
Key responsibilities
- Support onboarding of PICs and their members from enrolment to orientation, coordinating with operations.
- Manage client complaints, follow up with relevant departments and ensure resolution.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with brokers, clients and PICs.
- Contribute innovative ideas and participate in initiatives to increase client loyalty.
- Assist in marketing planning, new revenue‑stream generation and implementation of marketing channels.
- Act as liaison between sales, medical management, claims, provider network and IT to ensure smooth handover and issue resolution.
- Monitor client satisfaction, service KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Track conversion rates, conduct win/loss analysis and provide revenue forecasts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing Management or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in health insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship management.
- Quality‑focused, problem‑solving mindset and customer‑oriented attitude.
