About the role
Sutherland, a global provider of business process transformation and customer experience solutions, is hiring Technical Support Representatives in Cairo. The role provides technical support and assistance to customers through various communication channels, with a focus on efficient issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers through different communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
Required profile
- English level B2 or above.
- Graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- Willing to work on-site.
- Flexible with rotational shifts.
Required skills
